When I was a teenager I would sometimes be in a situation with groups of other teenagers where all of a sudden someone would forget that I am Puerto Rican and would start talking about Puerto Ricans and make prejudice remarks. The figure in Please Don't Be Prejudice in My Presence is my representation of a xenophobic's nightmare.
